Our Regular Menu will also be available for guest not partaking in the Grilled Cheese Pairing

Your Grilled Cheese Pairing will include a 5 oz pour of this year’s Hopslam which is extremely limited in San Diego. You will also have the BONUS OPTION to buy one 12 oz can of Hopslam for just $2 – if you can even find this in stores, they were selling for $24 a four pack!

The Pairing comes with four ap-sized Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and four 5 oz pours

1^st Course

Rich Norwegian Jarlsberg is blended with Beachwood Smoked Dutch Gouda and given an American twist with a citrus glaze served in grilled thick cut Texas Toast
Pairing : Robust Porter

2^nd Course

Double Cream Brie and Honey Goat Cheese with roasted garlic and cranberry and pomegranate compote grilled in a golden brown French baguette
Pairing : Wild One (Exclusive Release - Tart Brown Ale)

3^rd Course

Fresh Mustard Seed Dutch cheese forms a sensational union with Hickory Smoked Provolone and our homemade IPA Mustard grilled in Italian Rustic Poppy Seed
Pairing : Two Hearted Ale

4^th Course

Cave Aged Cheddar with caramelized sweet onions and buffalo milk Mozzarella with wildflower honey and grilled Hawaiian Sweet Bread
Pairing : Hopslam (Exclusive Release – Double IPA)

Tickets are $24 per person for the Pairing
