Our Baby Back Ribs started out as Super Bowl Special but it was so popular that we started doing it once a month.

However that popularity increased so much that we are now bringing you our Baby Back Ribs Special EVERY THURSDAY through the Summer

We BBQ so you don’t have to!!

Our Baby Back Ribs which are marinated overnight then cooked “Low & Slow” to “falling off the bone” perfection. We offer our Baby Back Ribs in two delicious finger licking flavors

Sweet & Tangy or Smoky Kansas

Our Baby Back Ribs are only offered by the Half Rack or Quarter Rack as part of a complete mead (with hand tossed coleslaw and fresh baked cornbread)

BUT WAIT - it doesn’t end there - We will also offer

Full Pulled Pork Sandwich or Pulled Pork Sliders (3)
Foggs 3 Meat, 3 Bean Chili
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

and if sharing is your thing, try the Poor Man’s Platter which comes complete with Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Baby Back Riblets, Onion Straws, Coleslaw and Cornbread
